Remember, the game saves progress towards achievements and all that when you die, but not when you reload checkpoints. One last note: If you're trying to get the orbs, and I assume you are, get as many as you can, die, then repeat until all the orbs are gone. The Cloud simply doesn't pick up speed quick enough to be able to dodge and still make Rhino hit the burners. At this point, dodging Rhino on foot becomes much more viable. You'll have to make Rhino charge into burners. Once you get Rhino to half his HP, Pigsy will stop throwing explosive charges. When Rhino is falling towards you, it's still possible to be hit, so make sure to evade! When Rhino charges you, shoot Pigsy's explosive with your Plasma Blast to damage him. Position yourself so that the charges are in between you and Rhino, then deactivate Cloud. Pigsy will start throwing explosive charges into the ring after about 30 seconds. You can also dodge them on foot with a well timed evade(A). Notice that your Cloud has been activated, use it to dodge Rhino's charges. You can get hit by his other attacks and still get the achievement.
If you get hit by his charge, simply reload the last checkpoint. You'll know he's about to charge you because he scrapes the ground a few times with his foot, then a metal plate comes down over his head. When fighting the Rhino, unless you're right next to him, he'll charge at you.
